The People’s Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a dynamic, organized, and compassionate Office Manager to join our team. This isn’t your typical desk job—you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic, helping to ensure that individuals in our community receive the care they need, regardless of their ability to pay.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee administrative functions of the clinic, from scheduling to patient intake
Maintain clinic records and manage communications
Support our amazing team of healthcare providers and volunteers
Be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for all our patients
Who You Are:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
Passionate about healthcare and helping people in need
Proficient in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfortable with learning new systems
